1. When you're in the DMS (Document Management System) and you have your document open, click blue circle with the the sheet of in it on the top left of your document window.
2. Click on "Batch Document"
3. In the box that pops up, you can change the document name and you MUST choose the basket you want the document to be sent to in the EMR. In this example, I'm choosing 'CPH_Test'.
4. You can close the DMS.
5. In the EMR, click File, then Batch Basket. You will see this box below show up - you will find your username and the document you batched.
6. Check the checkbox beside your document, then at the bottom of the window, click ON THE ARROW BESIDE PUBLISH - the dropdown menu will give you the option to Fax.
7. Fill out the fax window with the information of the location you wish to fax to and then ok.
