EMR Manager - Reset user's password

EMR Manager - Reset user's password

Type the user's name in the search box
Click on their Access tab on far right
If their Failed Logins shows a number and the user knows their password, there will be a button at the bottom that says "Reset Failed Logins" - click on that and you're done.
If the user needs to reset their password, click on the "Edit..." button at the bottom - Not the password button.
      - If you click on the password button, the user can't change the password when they login - they're stuck with the password you create

After changing the password, make sure you check the box at the bottom for the user to change their password on next successful login.

Click OK and they're good to try to login again.
