How to Append a Scanned Document in eCW

Appending a Scanned Document:

Log into the EMR application. 
In the Patient Hub window, click the Patient Document button, and open the Patient Document window. 
At the bottom, click on Document Category. 
Click Scan Docs. 
Select the existing document from the patient document folder. 
Choose the scanned document. 
Click Append.
