Error when Scanning

If the user gets this error when trying to scan a document, they will need to have their IT department reinstall the scanning software.



- IT will need to log in to their computer > uninstall Citrix > run the cleanup software > reboot > reinstall Citrix. 
- Once installed, check that it is the latest version of Citrix.  Once they complete those steps, the user doesn't have the issue anymore.
